Payments and Delivery

Thank you for shopping with Flossstuff. Below is everything you need to know about how we take payments and how your order will be delivered.

Payments
We offer a range of secure payment methods to make checkout as easy as possible.
You can pay using:
• Shopify Payments
• PayPal
• Apple Pay
• Google Pay
• All major debit and credit cards
• Clearpay and other buy-now-pay-later options where available

All payments are processed securely. You’ll receive an instant order confirmation by email once your purchase has gone through.

Delivery Options
We aim to get your order packed and sent quickly.

UK Delivery
• All orders are shipped using Royal Mail.
• Standard delivery usually takes 2–4 working days.
• Tracking information will be provided where applicable.

Local Pickup & Drop-Off (Bolton & Chorley)
If you’re local to us, we offer two convenient options:
• Free Local Pickup – Collect your order from us at a time that suits you.
• Local Drop-Off – If you’re within Bolton or Chorley postcodes, we can drop your order directly to you. You’ll see this option at checkout if your address qualifies.

Order Processing Times
• Orders are packed Monday to Friday.
• Most orders are dispatched within 1 working day. During busy periods (Christmas, sales, launches), this may extend slightly.

Delivery Issues
If your order hasn’t arrived within the expected timeframe, please contact us and we’ll look into it right away.
If Royal Mail returns your parcel to us due to an incorrect address, we can resend it once additional postage has been paid.

Returns & Exchanges
If there’s an issue with your order, you can contact us within 14 days of receiving it and we’ll help resolve it as quickly as possible. Items must be unused and in their original condition. Full returns info is available on our Returns page.

Customs & International Orders
At the moment we only ship within the UK. International delivery options may be added in the future.
